Mr. Stephen Bourassa is a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He also has an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science Drafting and Design.
As a Senior Engineer/Member, Mr. Bourassa has over 20 years of experience in structural engineering design and construction administration on a wide range of project types including, Government, Educational, Healthcare, as well as other substantial Commercial projects.
Professional Organizations: National Society of Professional Engineers, Texas Society of Professional Engineers and the Structural Engineering Association of Texas, and the Structural Engineering Association of New York.
Other Memberships: Is a life member of the San Antonio Livestock Show & Rodeo, San Antonio Conservation Society, Life Member of Loyal Escorts of the Woman Marine Association (WMA), Associate Life Member Marine Corps League Alamo Det. 315.

Mrs. Denise Bourassa has a Master of Arts in The field of Adult Education & Training and is a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in History.
Mrs. Bourassa has over 20 years of experience in Office/Business/Contract Administration, Management and Counseling to include Both Civil and Military Government, Educational, Health & Social Service environments.
Professional Organizations include the San Antonio Board of Realtors, Texas Assoc. of Realtors, National Assoc. of Realtors. Life Member of the Woman Marine Assoc. (WMA), Life Member of Marine Corps League Alamo Det. 315 & Military Order of the Devil Dogs.
